摘　　要：中医药治疗慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)睡眠障碍的主要方法有辨证论治、针刺疗法、艾灸疗法、推拿疗法、耳穴压豆及穴位贴敷疗法、心理疗法等。目前,研究存在以下问题:针对CKD睡眠障碍的研究很少,缺乏大样本、多中心、随机双盲的临床试验,且无统一的诊断标准、疗效判定标准;针灸、推拿、中药方剂治疗CKD睡眠障碍的作用机理仍不明晰,失眠的发病机制与各种炎性因子的相关性尚无定论。今后,应进行严谨合理的大样本临床研究,规范各项标准,深入挖掘中医药干预CKD睡眠障碍的生物靶标,丰富CKD睡眠障碍中医辨证理论体系,发挥针灸、推拿等中医特色疗法联合应用效果。The main therapies of TCM in treating sleep disorder in chronic kidney disease(CKD) include syndrome differentiation,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,auricular point pressing bean,acupoint application,psychotherapy,etc.At present,there are the following problems:there are few studies on sleep disorder in CKD,and there is a lack of large sample,multi-center,randomized double-blind clinical trials,and there is no unified diagnostic standard and efficacy judgment standard.The mechanism of acupuncture,massage and TCM formulas in the treatment of sleep disorder in CKD is still unclear,and the correlation between the pathogenesis of insomnia and various inflammatory factors is still uncertain.In the future,it is necessary to carry out rigorous and reasonable clinical research with large samples,standardize various standards,deeply explore the biological targets of TCM intervention in CKD sleep disorder,enrich the TCM syndrome differentiation theoretical system of CKD sleep disorder,and give play to the combined application effect of acupuncture,massage and other therapies with TCM characteristics.
