摘　　要：介绍安道麦安邦(江苏)有限公司离子膜法烧碱的氯气处理系统的工艺流程和运行情况。分析原装置存在的问题:废硫酸储槽内析出氯气,钛冷却器氯气温度调节频繁,氯气填料干燥塔出塔水分增加,氯压机用氮气开车时调节频繁;氯气机中间冷却器出口氯气温度高。给出相应的技术改进办法。改造后,提高了装置的生产能力,提升了装置的自动化水平,保证了氯气处理系统的安全稳定运行。The process flow and operation of chlorine gas treatment system for ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production in ADAMA Anpon(Jiangsu)Ltd.are introduced.The following problems occurred in the operation of the original system:chlorine gas was released from the waste sulfuric acid:storage tank,the chlorine gas temperature out of the titanium coolers fluctuated frequently,the moisture content of the chlorine out of packing tower exceeded permitted level,the startup of chlorine compressor with nitrogen was adjusted frequently,and the chlorine gas temperature at the outlet of the chlorine compressor intercooler was high.The corresponding technical improvements were made.Afer the improvements were finished,the production capacity of the unit was improved,the automation level of the unit was improved,and the safe and stable operation of the chlorine gas treatment system was ensured.
