摘　　要：目的 调查分析全国医疗机构病案管理专业人员现状,为推动卫生信息管理专业本科学历教育提供依据。方法 采用问卷调查和电话访谈相结合的方法收集资料,2020年6月1日-6月30日分片区随机选取全国东部、中部、西部14个省市的105家医院为调查对象,通过电子问卷进行调查,并对相关专家进行电话访谈。结果 病案管理在职人员学历构成高中及以下占比1.98%,中职占比11%,高职高专占比26.03%,大学本科占比52.04%,硕士占比8%,博士占比较低,只有0.95%;但是从病案管理或卫生信息管理专业背景来看,14个省有4个省的占比在50%左右,大部分省占比在20%上下,甚至个别省份占比5%;75.2%的病案科在未来5年有人才引进计划,疾病分类岗位、病案质控岗位和医院统计岗所需病案管理专业本科层次人才最多,而目前卫生信息管理专业本科办学不能有效满足病案科实际需求。结论 病案高层次人才的不足,对卫生信息管理专业本科学历办学提出了更高的要求和挑战,医学院校应积极应对历史机遇,积极将卫生信息管理专业高层次办学办好办强。Objectives This study aims to investigate and analyze the present status of medical record practitioners in medical institutions nationwide in order to provide the basis for promoting the undergraduate education of health information management. Methods Information was conducted through electronic questionnaires and telephone surveys from related experts. From June 1 to June 30, 2020, 105 hospitals from 14 provinces and cities in eastern, central and western China were randomly selected as investigation objects. Results According to the statistical analysis of the collected questionnaires, this study found that the current medical record management personnel’s educational background was composed of 1.98% of senior high school and below, 11% of secondary vocational school, 26.03% of vocational college, 52.04% of university undergraduate, 8% of master’s degree and only 0.95% of doctor’s degree. However, only 4 of the 14 provinces had about 50% of individuals with the professional background of medical record management or health information management, while most of the provinces accounted for about 20%, with some provinces accounted for 5%. 75.2% of the medical record departments had a talent introduction plan in the next five years, especially for the positions of disease classification, medical record quality control and hospital statistics. However, the current undergraduate education of health information management could not effectively meet the actual needs of medical record department.Conclusions The undergraduate education of health information management is facing higher requirements and challenges due to the demand of medical record elites. Medical colleges and universities should seize the historical opportunities, while positively and actively support the high-level education of health information management.
