摘  要:目的 应用虚拟现实内镜模拟系统联合微格教学法在内镜逆行胰胆管造影手术护理教学中,以期达到提高配合成功率和缩短配合时间。方法 将2019年6月1日-2020年5月30日在某三甲医院消化内镜中心进修的64名护理人员随机分为A组、B组。其中A组使用虚拟现实内镜模拟,B组使用微格教学联合虚拟现实内镜模拟配合训练。观察两组培训后配合操作的成功率及完成时间。结果 B组单独配合操作第6周时,成功率(84.31±8.19)%高于A组(56.41±15.46)%,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05),B组独立配合完成插管、乳头切开的时间(6.80±1.30)分钟短于A组(8.60±1.14)分钟,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论 虚拟现实内镜模拟系统联合微格教学法,可提高配合成功率缩短配合时间。Objectives This study aims to discuss the application of virtual reality(VR) endoscopy system combined with microteaching in ERCP nursing teaching. Methods 64 nursing staffs who received training in the digestive endoscopy center of a tertiary hospital were randomly assigned into groups A and B. Group A was trained with the VR endoscopy, while group B was trained with VR endoscopy coupled with microteaching. The success rate and completion time of cooperation were observed in both training groups. Results After six weeks of independent cooperation practice, the success rate in group B(84.31±8.19%)was significantly higher than that in group A(56.41 ± 15.46%;P < 0.05). The time consumed for independent cooperation on intubation and mammotomy(6.80±1.30 mins) was significantly shorter than that in group A(8.60±1.14 mins, P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of VR endoscopy simulation system and microteaching method can significantly increase the cooperation success rate and decrease cooperation time.
