摘 要:树脂/石墨复合材料在氢燃料电池领域具有重要的工程应用价值与科研价值。区别于传统的成型与机加工方法,脉冲激光制造在树脂/石墨复合材料上极具应用前景。然而,近年来激光加工树脂/石墨复合材料的研究鲜有报道,进行脉冲激光对材料的烧蚀动力学研究对推动密流道石墨双极板激光制备技术具有重要意义。通过结合有限元仿真和试验探究了在低能量密度下(15.33~30.35 J/cm^(2))纳秒脉冲激光烧蚀该材料的孔径变化,确定不同入射脉冲数下材料的烧蚀阈值以及多脉冲累积效应。研究发现,在波长1064 nm脉冲激光的作用下,随着入射激光能量密度和脉冲数的增加,该材料表面烧蚀孔径逐渐增大直至饱和,这与金属材料相似;该材料的烧蚀阈值会随着入射脉冲数的增加而下降,在饱和前的变化率非常显著,该材料的累积因子远小于金属材料。基于研究结果,在石墨复合材料双极板上制备出了高深宽比的密流道。The composite of resin and graphite carries important engineering application and science research value in the hydrogen fuel cells field.Compared with traditional forming and machining methods,pulsed laser processing has extremely good application prospects on the material.However,little attention has been paid to the study of laser processing to the composite of resin and graphite,and the investigation of ablation dynamics to the composite with pulsed laser is greatly significant,which encourages the preparation techniques of micro channels with laser on the graphite bipolar plate.Combining finite element simulation and relevant experiments,the crater diameter changes of the composite ablated by nanosecond pulsed laser are discussed under low fluence conditions ranging from 15.33 J/cm^(2) to 30.35 J/cm^(2),and the ablation thresholds to different number of pulses and incubation effect to the composite are determined.It is found that the ablated crater diameter on the composite rises up to the saturation as the incident fluence and pulse number increase under a pulsed laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm,which is similar to the metal.The ablation threshold to the composite decreases with increasing the number of pulses,and the changing rate is very obvious before the saturation.Moreover,the incubation factor of the composite is much less than the metal.Based on the results,the micro channels with high aspect ratio are prepared on the graphite composite bipolar plate.
