盆炎贴治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察盆炎贴治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月—2021年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者90例,随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组采用中药内服治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加盆炎贴治疗。比较2组的综合疗效、中医证候疗效、局部体征疗效等。结果在综合疗效上,治疗组总有效率为86.67%(39/45),高于对照组的64.44%(29/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组在综合疗效上优于对照组。在中医证候、局部体征的疗效上,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆炎贴用于治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症可显著提高治疗效果,能明显改善患者的症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Penyan plaster in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases of dampness-heat and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 90 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases of dampness-heat and blood stasis type admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The control group was treated with Chinese medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Penyan plaster on the basis of the control group.The comprehensive curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome curative effect and local signs curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%(39/45),which was higher than 64.44%(29/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the curative effect of TCM syndrome and local signs,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Penyan plaster can significantly improve the treatment efficiency in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases,and can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,local signs,cleanliness of vaginal secretion and pelvic effusion.
