摘　　要：近年来,矿山开采对大口径钻探的需求日益增加,然而关于大口径钻孔的套管安置、固井技术与工艺尚未成熟。通过对已成功完钻的6个大口径钻孔经验总结,重点对大口径钻孔套管连接、套管下放及固井工艺进行探讨。实践证明,钻孔大口径套管连接采用光管对焊的连接方式,具有成本低、连接可靠的优势。已成功实施的6个大口径项目均采用提吊附加浮力法,单管浮力大于重力时,要准确计算管内注水量,并且在重浮平衡之前及时补注水,同时要在保证安全提吊前提下尽量减少空管段长度,合理选择提吊设备。常用的大口径固井工艺主要为压入式固井和内插法固井,但压入式固井无法避免混浆问题;内插法可以有效避免混浆问题,并且减少水泥浆损耗和替浆工作,现场可操作性强。In recent years,the demand of large-caliber drilling is increasing,but the casing placement and cementing technology for large diameter drilling are not developed yet.Based on the experience of six large diameter boreholes that have been successfully drilled,this paper mainly discusses the casing connection,casing lowering and cementing technology of large diameter boreholes.It has been found that the connection of large diameter casing in drilling hole adopts the connection mode of light pipe butt welding,which has the advantages of low cost and reliable connection.Six successful large diameter projects have adopted lifting additional buoyancy method.When the buoyancy of a single pipe is greater than the gravity,the water injection in the pipe should be calculated accurately,and the water injection should be timely replenished before the balance of gravity and buoyancy.At the same time,the length of empty pipe should be reduced as far as possible under the premise of ensuring safe lifting,and lifting equipment should be rationally selected.The commonly used large diameter cementing technology is mainly plug in cementing and interpolation cementing,but the plug in cementing can not avoid the mixing slurry problem.The interpolation method can effectively avoid the problem of mixing slurry,and reduce the loss of cement slurry and the replacement work,and has strong operability.
