摘  要:采用数据统计和相关性分析的手段,通过梳理工程实践中获得的客观数据,总结开采沉陷控制与钻孔注浆工程中盖层特征、主关键层厚度、钻孔空间布置、钻孔底部裸孔长度、注浆周期等因素与注浆量间的关系与作用。能为类似具有超长超宽、煤层埋深较浅、黄土层较厚、主关键层破断间隔短等特点的工作面,在开展注浆防治开采沉陷工程时,所遇同类问题提供参考,为采动空间注浆及沉陷治理技术发展提供实践数据与分析结论,为该技术在煤矿绿色开采中的应用提供实践借鉴。By means of data statistics and correlation analysis,and combing the objective data obtained in engineering practice,this paper summarizes the relationship and interplay between mining subsidence control and grouting volume and factors such as overburden characteristics,major key layer thickness,boreholes spatial layout,open hole length at the bottom of the borehole,grouting cycle,etc.It can provide reference for similar working faces with the characteristics of ultra long and ultra wide,shallow buried coal seam,thick loess layer and short breaking interval of major key layers,when carrying out grouting to prevent mining subsidence engineering,provide practical data and analysis conclusions for the development of grouting in mining space and subsidence treatment technology,and provide practical reference for the application of this technology in green coal mining.
