摘 要:为了制备具有防紫外线和高效低阻多重功能的纳米纤维过滤膜,将质量分数0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的光催化抗菌剂纳米MgO掺杂到PAN纺丝溶液中,采用静电纺丝技术制备了不同厚度的PAN/MgO复合纳米纤维膜,测试了PAN/MgO复合纳米纤维膜的微观结构、紫外线防护性能、透气性能和过滤性能。结果表明:与纯PAN纳米纤维过滤膜相比,PAN/MgO复合纳米纤维膜的透气率和紫外线防护系数都得到提高。当纳米MgO质量分数为0.5%、纺丝时间为40 min时,PAN/MgO复合纳米纤维膜过滤效率达到98.84%,阻力压降59.05 Pa,品质因子0.0754 Pa^(-1),透气率114 mm/s。认为:在纺丝液中加入纳米功能颗粒,可以制备出具有良好功能性的复合纳米纤维膜。In order to prepare nanofiber filtration membrane with multiple functions as UV protection and higher efficiency and lower resistance,photocatalytic antibacterial agent magnesium oxide nanoparticles with mass fraction 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%were doped into PAN nanofibers spinning solution.Electrostatic spinning technology was adopted to prepare PAN/MgO composite nanofiber membranes with different thickness.Microstructure,UV protection property,air permeability and filtration property of the PAN/MgO nanofiber membranes were measured.The results showed that air permeability and UV protection property of PAN/MgO composite nanofiber membrane were both improved compared with pure PAN nanofiber filtration membrane.When mass fraction of nano MgO was 0.5%and spinning time was 40 min,filtration efficiency of PAN/MgO composite nanofiber membrane was reached 98.84%.Resistance pressure drop was 59.05 Pa.Quality factor was reached 0.0754 Pa-1.Air permeability was 114 mm/s.It is considered that composite nanofiber membrane with better functions can be prepared by adding nano functional particles in spinning solution.
