摘  要:针对人工检测织物缺经效率低,错检、漏检率高的问题,设计了一种基于Halcon的织物缺经检测系统。首先,系统采集机织物图像,并对机织物图像进行预处理,将三通道彩色图像分解为单通道图像,并将图像灰度值取反,使缺经特征得到增强;其次,构造方向滤波器对图像进行滤波处理,对水平方向上的灰度值进行差分运算,扩大缺经部分与非缺经部分的对比度;最后,计算图像的灰度投影,并对其均值滤波处理。通过灰度投影曲线差分判断缺经情况,并得到缺经准确位置。试验结果表明:该系统平均检测准确率为99.46%,平均检测耗时为164.5 ms,比人工检测效率提高了约1倍。认为:该织物缺经检测系统速度快、准确率高,具有较强的鲁棒性。Aiming at the problems of lower efficiency,higher false detection and missed detection rate of fabric missed warp with manual detection,a fabric missed warp detection system based on Halcon was designed.First,the woven fabric image was collected by the system,the woven fabric image was preprocessed,the three-channel color image was decomposed into single-channel image and gray value of the image was inverted,features of the missed warp were enhanced.Secondly,direction filter was constructed to filter image,and the difference operation was performed on the gray value in the horizontal direction to expand the contrast between the missed part and the nonmissed part.Finally,gray projection of the image was calculated and its mean value was filtered.The missed warp was judged by difference of the grayscale projection curve,the exact position of the missed warp was obtained.The test results showed that the average detection accuracy of the system was 99.46%and the average detection time was 164.5 ms,which was about 1 times higher than the manual detection efficiency.It is considered that the fabric missed warp detection system has higher speed,higher accuracy and stronger robustness.
