摘 要:研究原棉经杂质分析前后关键指标的变化趋势。采用HVI 1000型大容量棉纤维测试仪对澳大利亚棉、南非棉、印度棉进行系统测试,结果表明:经过杂质分析后,锯齿棉马克隆值无显著变化,皮辊棉马克隆值有轻微降低;杂质分析对断裂比强度没有显著影响;由于杂质分析过程中的机械作用对棉纤维长度造成的损伤,棉花上半部平均长度明显减小;原棉的反射率、黄度和颜色级均有所提高;关键指标的变化情况与棉花产地没有显著关系。认为:科学加大棉花杂质排除有利于棉花关键指标的提高;棉花加工企业应优化加工水平,尽量减少棉花杂质含量,同时避免轧花过程中对棉纤维长度的损伤。Change trend of the raw cotton key indicators before and after impurity analysis was studied.HVI 1000 large capacity cotton fiber tester was used to systematically test Australian cotton,South African cotton and Indian cotton.The results showed that after impurity analysis,micronaire value of sawtooth cotton had no significant change,micronaire value of ginned cotton had a slight decrease.Impurity analysis had no significant effect on breaking tenacity.The average length of cotton upper half was significantly reduced due to the damage of cotton fiber length caused by mechanical action during impurity analysis.Reflectance,yellowness and color grade of raw cotton were improved.Changes of key indicators had no significant relationship with cotton origin.It is considered that scientifically increasing the removal of cotton impurities is beneficial to improve key indicators of cotton.Cotton processing enterprises should optimize processing level,minimize the impurities content in cotton and avoid damage to length of cotton fibers during ginning process.
