摘  要:为了解决纺织企业电力谐波问题,分析了电力谐波的产生原因、危害和常用电力谐波治理方法。对3个棉纺织厂电力质量进行了实例测试,对采用有源滤波器+无功补偿方法、重谐滤波补偿方法两种治理方案的4个治理实例分别进行了效果分析。结果表明:采用重谐滤波补偿方法治理后,电压谐波畸变率分别降低到4.9%和2.5%,达到国家标准要求,且功率因数提高明显,其治理效果优于有源滤波器+无功补偿方法。认为:重谐滤波补偿方案治理谐波效果显著,投资维护成本较低,适用于棉纺织厂电力谐波治理。In order to solve the problem of power harmonic in textile enterprises,cause,hazard and common controlling methods of power harmonic were analyzed.Power quality of 3 cotton textile mills was tested by example,effects of 4 control examples using active power filter+reactive power compensation method and multi-harmonic filtering compensation were respectively analyzed.The results showed that voltage harmonic distortion rate was reduced to 4.9%and 2.5%respectively after the reharmonic filtering compensation method was adopted,which could meet the requirements of the national standard,power factor was significantly improved.The control effect was better than that of the active power filter+reactive power compensation method.It is considered that the multiharmonic filtering compensation method has a significant effect on harmonic control,with lower investment and maintenance costs,which is suitable for power harmonic control in cotton mills.
