利奥六世《战术》对周边族群的认知及应对策略

摘　　要：利奥六世的《战术》是中期拜占庭帝国重要的军事著述。该书在继承早期拜占庭军事论著中关于周边族群书写传统的基础上,着意强调了异教徒(蛮族)与基督徒的差异、基督教王国理念,有区别地提出了应对不同族群的策略。全书突出作为战争统帅的拜占庭将军的重要地位,提出以帝国利益为重,并在综合考量地缘、宗教信仰等要素的前提下,以军事与外交相结合的原则,采用灵活机动的战略战术来应对周边不同类型族群的策略,最终达到维护帝国秩序和稳定的目的。Τακτικάof Leo VI is an important military treatise of the Byzantine Empire in its middle period.Inheriting the tradition of military ethnography of the early Byzantine military works,this book emphasizes the difference between pagan and Christian and the self identification of Christian Kingdom.Distinctively designed strategies to different foreign peoples are accordingly presented.Taken the empire’s interest as priority,this book underlines the key role of Byzantine generals,emphasizes religion and geography factors,suggests a military and diplomacy combined strategy.
