摘　　要：目的:研究2016年-2020年辽宁省县级中医医院医疗费用变化情况,为医院进一步优化医疗费用结构提供依据。方法:抽样调查法、结构变动分析法。结果:医疗费用变动较大,院均总收入升高,医务性费用收入逐年上升,药占比显著下降,次均门诊住院费用逐年升高。结论:财政补助收入逐年增长,但还需持续加大政府投入力度,探索其他财政补偿渠道;医疗费用结构有待调整;医务人员技术劳务价值在逐步体现,但仍需科学合理调整医疗服务价格;药占比显著下降,取消药品加成政策效果显著。Objective:This paper mainly studies the changes of medical expenses in county-level TCM hospitals in Liaoning Prov⁃ince from 2016 to 2020,analyzes the achievements and existing problems of TCM hospitals under the background of national policy,and provides a basis for hospitals to further optimize the structure of medical expenses.Methods:Sampling investigation method,struc⁃ture change analysis method.Results:The medical expenses changed greatly,the average total income of the hospital increased,the in⁃come of medical expenses increased year by year,the proportion of drugs decreased significantly,and the average outpatient and inpa⁃tient expenses increased year by year.Conclusion:The financial subsidy revenue increases year by year.However,it is still necessary to continue to increase government investment and explore other financial compensation channels.The medical cost structure needs to be ad⁃justed,the technical labor value of medical personnel is gradually reflected,but the medical service price still needs to be adjusted scien⁃tifically and reasonably,the drug proportion decreases significantly,and the cancellation of drug addition policy has significant effect.
