摘 要:针对动力电池在实际使用情况的能量效率解耦问题,本文提出一种基于道路工况下获得的电池输出电压、电流谱,逆推电池模型参数的方法。首先分析电池能量效率对于整车能量消耗量的意义;然后构建电池模型,以输入电流谱,输出电压谱的方式运行模型;接着通过对输出电压谱与实测电压谱的比较逐渐优化电池待辨识参数;最后通过试验验证该方法的有效性。试验表明,该方法对电池内阻与工况下效率辨识具有较高的可信度,对整车动力性经济性开发具有积极意义。Aiming at the energy efficiency decoupling problem of power battery in actual use,this paper proposes a method to deduce the parameters of battery model based on the output voltage and current spectrum obtained under road condition.Firstly,the significance of the energy efficiency of the battery to the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is analyzed;secondly,the battery model is constructed to operate in the mode of input current spectrum and output voltage spectrum;secondly,the parameters to be identified of the battery are gradually optimized by comparing the output voltage spectrum with the measured voltage spectrum;finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments.The test results show that the method has a high reliability for the identification of the internal resistance of the battery and the efficiency under the working condition,and has a positive significance for the development of the vehicle dynamic economy.
