摘 要:针对道路耐久过程中碳罐支架开裂问题,先测试了碳罐支架的固有频率和道路路谱,然后采用有限元进行模态和受迫振动分析,最终分析出:碳罐支架在X方向上固有频率与路面激励的共振,是其支架开裂的主要原因。通过提升车架横梁的刚度,从而提高碳罐支架的模态,顺利解决该开裂故障,不仅避免了碳罐支架的模具报废,还降低了研发成本和时间成本。该故障整改思路对于今后汽车支架的开裂整改提供了一条快速低成本整改的方法。In view of the cracking of the carbon canister bracket during the road durabilityprocess,the natural frequency and road spectrum of the carbon canister bracket were tested,and then the modal and forced vibration were analyzed by the finite element method.Finally,it was concluded that the resonance between the natural frequency of the carbon canister bracket and the road excitation in the X directionwas the main reason for the cracking of the carbon canister bracket.By increasing the rigidity of the transverse frame,the mode of the carbon canister bracketwas increasedand the cracking fault was solvedsuccessfully,which not only avoided the scrapping of the mold of carbon canister bracket,but also reduced the R&D cost and time cost.The fault rectification idea provides a rapid and low-cost method for the crack rectification of automobile bracket in the future.
