摘 要:采用浸轧法将蚕丝蛋白整理到涤纶织物上,测试处理后织物的回潮率、吸湿性、耐洗性等指标,优化整理工艺及配方。结果表明:整理织物具有一定的耐洗性,吸湿性、回潮率明显改善。整理织物采用酸性染料染色,直观分析了整理至织物表面的丝素情况。结果表明:酸性染料能够上染蚕丝蛋白处理后的涤纶织物,且得色均匀,水洗后仍有大部分颜色残留。Polyester fabrics were finished by silk protein with padding method,and their indexes of moisture regain,moisture absorption and washing resistance were tested and analyzed,so as to optimize finishing process and formula.The results show that finished fabrics have certain washing resistance,and the moisture absorption and regain of the polyester fabrics are significantly improved.The finished fabric was dyed with acid dyes,and the silk fibroin on the surface of the fabric was analyzed intuitively.The results show that acid dyes can dye silk protein treated polyester fabrics,and most of the color remaine after washing.
