纯棉面料高耐静水压防水整理工艺

摘　　要：针对现有纯棉面料耐静水压差和含氟防水剂不环保的问题,调整面料组织规格、优选环保防水助剂并调整防水工艺流程参数,开发耐静水压达5 200 Pa以上、防水性达95分以上的纯棉环保耐静水压面料。研发的高耐静水压面料经30次家庭洗涤后,仍具有优异的耐净水压和防水性。高耐静水压面料的无氟防水整理工艺为:无氟防水剂SA-9 80 g/L,交联剂NN-1 15 g/L,120℃烘干,再170℃焙烘3 min。In view of the poor hydrostatic pressure resistance and the non environmental protection of fluorine-containing waterproof agents of pure cotton fabrics, the fabric organization specifications are adjusted, the environmental protection waterproof additives are optimized and the waterproof process parameters is adjusted, and the pure cotton environmental protection hydrostatic pressure resistant fabric with hydrostatic pressure resistance of more than 5 200 Pa and waterproof property of more than 95 points is developed. The developed fabric with high hydrostatic pressure resistance still has excellent hydrostatic pressure resistance and water resistance after 30 times of home washing. The fluorine-free waterproof finishing process of the high hydrostatic pressure resistant fabric is as follows: fluorine-free waterproof agent SA-9 80 g/L,cross-linking agent NN-1 15 g/L, drying at 120 ℃ and then bake at 170 ℃ for 3 min.
