摘　　要：随着环保要求的提高、行业竞争的加剧以及新型活性染料的出现,锦纶/棉混纺织物的酸性/活性染料一浴法染色工艺得以实现。锦纶/棉混纺织物的酸性/活性染料一浴法工艺代替了传统的二浴法,工艺上有了很大的改进,大大节省了生产时间,提高了生产效率。根据工厂的实际使用情况,新工艺染色稳定,产品质量符合要求;节电、节汽、节蒸水,大大提高了企业效益。With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the intensification of industry competition and the emergence of new reactive dyes, the nylon/cotton acidic/active dye one-bath dyeing process has also been realized. Acidic/reactive dyes one-bath method of nylon/cotton blended fabric replace the traditional two-bath method. The process has been greatly improved, greatly saving production time, improve production efficiency. According to the actual use of the factory, the new process is stable in dyeing and the product quality meets the requirements. This process saves electricity, steam and water, which greatly improves the efficiency of the enterprise.
