摘  要:弹力化纤针织面料皂洗残液牢度因测试方法简单快速有效,测试成本低,逐渐得到较多制衣工厂的认可和采用。解释了皂洗残液牢度,并探讨了皂洗牢度的测试方法差别。皂洗残液牢度测试结果互相认可的前提是皂洗残液牢度测试方法和品质标准统一。剖析影响皂洗残液测试结果的差异因素,主要有皂洗时间、皂洗温度、皂洗浴比、测试标准样面积以及标准皂洗溶液配制。The fastness to soaping residue of elastic chemical fiber knitted fabric is gradually recognized and adopted by many garment factories because of its simple, rapid and effective test method and low test cost. The fastness to soaping residue was explained, and the difference of testing methods for fastness to soaping residue was discussed. The premise of mutual recognition of the test results of fastness to soaping residue is that the test methods and quality standards of soaping residue liquid fastness are unified. The factors influencing the test results of soaping residue are analyzed, including soaping time, soaping temperature, soaping bath ratio, the area of the test standard sample and the preparation of the standard soaping solution.
