摘 要:近年来,功能性疾病呈逐年增加的趋势,严重影响人们的生活质量。功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)主要包括功能性消化不良(FD)和肠易激综合征(IBS),临床症状反复,治疗难度大。脑-肠轴在FGIDs的发生发展过程中具有重要作用,随着神经精神影像学的发展,脑结构、功能、代谢改变逐步被人们认识,有望进一步探索FGIDs发生的机制,为临床治疗提供新方向。本文就磁共振成像技术在FGIDs引起的相关脑改变主要研究及进展做综述,旨在提高临床诊疗效果。In recent years,functional diseases have been increasing year by year,and have seriously affected people’s quality of life.Functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs)mainly include functional dyspepsia(FD)and irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).The clinical symptoms are repeated and the treatment is difficult.The brain-Gut axis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of FGIDs.With the development of neuropsychiatric imaging,the changes in brain structure,function,and metabolism are gradually being recognized.It is expected to further explore the mechanism of FGIDs and provide a new direction for clinical treatment.This article reviews the main research and progress about the related brain changes caused by magnetic resonance imaging technology in FGIDs,so as to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment effects.
