无缝隙干预在脑外伤合并应激性消化道溃疡中的应用及对并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨无缝隙干预在脑外伤合并应激性消化道溃疡患者中的应用及对患者并发症发生的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2021年9月收治的脑外伤合并应激性消化道溃疡患者42例,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组21例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受无缝隙干预。比较2组患者的空腹胃液pH值,血清胃泌素水平、护理质量、护理满意度情况和并发症发生情况。结果护理前,2组患者的空腹胃液pH值、血清胃泌素水平无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的空腹胃液PH值、血清胃泌素水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑外伤合并应激性消化道溃疡患者应用无缝隙护理干预可以持续优化空腹胃液pH值、血清胃泌素指标,持续降低并发症的发生率,促进患者的康复,提高护理工作质量和提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of seamless intervention in patients with traumatic brain injury complicated by stress gastrointestinal ulcer and its effects on the complications of patients.Methods A total of 42 patients with traumatic brain injury complicated by stress gastrointestinal ulcer who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2021 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,those in research group were treated by seamless nursing intervention.The fasting gastric juice pH value,serum gastrin levels,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction degree and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Befeore nursing intervention there were no significant differences in fasting gastric juice pH value and serum gastrin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the fasting gastric juice pH value and serum gastrin levels in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).And the incidence of complications in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),however,the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing intervention for patients with traumatic brain injury complicated by stress gastrointestinal ulcer can continuously optimize the pH value of fasting gastric juice and serum gastrin index,and reduce the incidence of complications,promote patient’s recovery,and improve the nursing work quality and nursing satisfaction degree,therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
