摘　　要：改革开放以来,广东省加工贸易推动了对外贸易经济的发展,为广东省经济注入了新的动力并带来了可观的经济效益。但随着新冠疫情的延续、人口红利的逐渐消退以及中美贸易摩擦加剧使得广东省加工贸易地位受到严重动摇。因此,本文通过分析加工贸易的现势特征以及转型成功企业案例,为广东省加工贸易转型现势以及所面对的困局提出相应建议。Since the reform and opening up,the processing trade in Guangdong Province has promoted the development of foreign trade economy,injected new impetus into the economy of Guangdong Province and brought objective economic benefits.However,with the continuation of the new crown epidemic,the gradual fading of the demographic dividend and the intensification of Sino-US trade frictions,the status of Guangdong's processing trade has been seriously shaken.Therefore,by analyzing the current situation characteristics of processing trade and the cases of successful enterprises in transformation,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the current situation of processing trade transformation in Guangdong Province and the difficulties it faces.
