刘完素应用附子、乌头经验探析

摘　　要：[目的]分析、总结刘完素应用附子、乌头的经验,为现代临床提供一定的借鉴。[方法]通过外用和内服两个角度对刘完素的著作进行分析,梳理其应用附子、乌头的特点。[结果]刘完素用药善寒凉,但不废温补,在附子、乌头等温热药的使用上有独到之处,在外治法中使用深敷法治疔疮,擦牙法治牙痛,塞耳法治耳鸣,装袜法治小儿脚冻疮,油膏法治丹毒,作粉扑治湿癣;内服法中配伍补肾药以引火归元治疗喑痱,配伍麻桂以温通玄府治疗中风,配伍半夏相反相激治疗暴泻。[结论]刘完素突破了附子、乌头回阳救逆、补火助阳的传统用法,丰富了其在外治法中的应用,为现代临床附子、乌头的制剂与用法提供了新的思路。[Objective]To analyze and summarize the experiences of LIU Wansu in application of Fuzi and Wutou,in order to enlighten the modern applications.[Methods]Through analyzing LIU Wansu’s writings from both external and internal perspectives,the characteristics of his application of Fuzi and Wutou were combed.[Results]Although LIU Wansu was good at using cold-cool herbs,he also used warming herbs.He had unique characteristics in the use of heat-warming herbs such as Fuzi and Wutou.For example,in the external therapy,he treated furuncle with deep application,remedied toothache with herb powder brushing teeth,used herb earplug therapy for tinnitus,treated infantile foot frostbite by packing socks method,treated erysipelas with ointment and used powder puff therapy for ringworm.In the internal therapy,he treated aphasia and paralysis combining Wutou,Fuzi with kidney tonifying herbs to guide fire to origin,remedied stroke through compatibility of Mahuang and Guizhi to warm sweat pore,and treated fulminant diarrhea through compatibility of Banxia to inspire each other.[Conclusion]LIU Wansu broke through traditional usage of Fuzi and Wutou which revived Yang for resuscitation and tonifying fire and helping Yang,and enriched its application in external therapy,providing a new idea for preparation and usage of Fuzi and Wutou in modern clinic.
