摘  要:针对传统钢卷尺计量检定效率低、准确度不高等问题,设计了一款基于图像采集及处理技术的影像式钢卷尺全自动标准装置。该研究主要对采集的图像进行降噪、阈值分割、图像中刻线边缘检测等技术处理,完成相机像素及示值误差标定算法的设计。最后试制样机,选择不同类型、不同测量范围的工作钢卷尺为试验对象,分别进行重复性试验,得出各钢卷尺示值误差在允许范围之内、重复性试验结果均满足不确定度评定要求。该研究结果为钢卷尺全自动检定、图像处理及边缘检测等技术提供了借鉴与参考。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy of traditional steel tape measurement verification,an automatic standard device of image steel tape based on image acquisition and processing was designed.In this study,the collected images were processed by noise reduction,threshold segmentation,line edge detection and other techniques,and completed the design of camera pixel and display error calibration algorithm.Finally,a prototype was trial-built,and then different types of working steel tape measures with different measuring ranges were selected as test objects to conduct repetitive experiment respectively.It was concluded that the error of each steel measuring tape was within the allowable range and the repetitive experiment results all met the evaluation requirements of uncertainty.The research results provide reference for automatic verification,image processing and edge detection of steel measuring tape.
