摘　　要：本文采用空载和满载两种试验状态,以对照试验的方法,将压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡和压力蒸汽灭菌生物指示剂分别应用于立式高压蒸汽灭菌器中,通过在103.4kPa蒸气压力、温度121℃、灭菌时间15min的条件下达到的灭菌效果,验证设备的热分布以及性能指标要求。试验证明,在规定的蒸气压力、温度和时间条件下,立式高压蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌过程的有效性。The verification adopts two test states of no-load and full-load, using the method of comparison test, the pressure steam sterilization chemical indicator card and the pressure steam sterilization biological indicator are respectively applied to the vertical high-pressure steam sterilizer.The heat distribution and performance index requirements of the equipment are verified by the sterilization effect achieved under the conditions of 103.4 kPa vapor pressure, temperature of 121℃,and sterilization time of 15 min.Finally the effectiveness of the sterilization process of the vertical high-pressure steam sterilizer under the specified steam pressure, temperature and time conditions is proved.
