摘 要:本文根据SH/T 0806-2008对柴油多环芳烃量及总芳烃含量测量不确定度进行评定,及检测过程中引入的不确定度来源进行分类和量化,并通过计算各分量的不确定度评定多环芳烃和总芳烃测定结果的合成不确定度,为检测结果可靠性提供参考。结果表明,不确定度主要来源为曲线拟合、数值修约和测量重复性。取置信区间为95%,包含因子k=2,总芳烃含量(质量分数)测定结果为:27.8%±5.8%,多环芳烃含量测定结果为:3.0%±0.6%。Based on SH/T 0806-2008,the determination of paHs and total aromatics content in distillate oil was carried out by HPLC.The sources of uncertainty in the detection process were classified and quantified.The com-bined standard uncertainty of measurement for paHs and total aromatics content was evaluated by calculating the un-certainty of each component to provide reference for reliability of test results.And the sources of uncertainty were mainly derived from curve fitting,effective figure and measurement repeatability.The measurement results of total aromatic content(mass fraction)was 27.8%±5.8%,and the determination result of polycyclic aromatic content was 3.0%±0.6%,when the fiducial probability was 95%and the coverage factor(k)was 2.
