摘  要:标准场法是CISPR 16-1-6中环形天线的主要校准方法,其原理是将其放置于一标准场内,通过测量输出电压计算出天线系数。本文详细介绍了基于TEM室的标准场法校准环形天线的原理和方法,分析了影响该方法校准结果的主要因素,针对现有一内空间(2×2×2)m、板间距1m的大型TEM室,给出了该方法不确定度评定过程和结果。结果表明,采用TEM室校准环形天线的扩展不确定度约为0.80dB(k=2)。Standard field method is the main calibration method for CISPR 16-1-6 middle ring antenna.Its prin-ciple is to place it in a standard field and calculate the antenna coefficient by measuring the output voltage.In this paper,the principle and method of calibrating ring antennas by standard field method based on TEM chamber are introduced in detail,and the main factors affecting the calibration results of this are analyzed.Aiming at the existing large TEM chamber with an inner space(2×2×2)m and a plate spacing of 1m,the uncertainty evaluation process and results of this method are given.The extenden uncertainty of the ring antenna calibrated by TEM chamber is a-bout 0.80dB(k=2).
