摘　　要：张大千、徐燕孙的笔讼风波是民国北京画坛的一桩公案,二人充分调动了广泛的社会资源,利用报刊发动笔战、制造舆论,最终达到了双赢的效果。作为职业画家群体的一个缩影,笔讼风波既展现了张大千、徐燕孙在近现代传媒语境与大众化风潮中积极拓宽自身影响力的尝试,同时亦折射出彼时北京画坛生态的复杂多样性。The pen litigation between ZHANG Daqian and XU Yansun was a complicated legal case in Beijing painting circile in the period of Republic of China.The two persons made full use of their rich social resources,produced public opinion and started word battle on newspapers.Eventually,they achieved win-win purpose.The litigation reflected the active attempts of ZHANG and XU to strengthen their own influence in modern media context and trend as well as the ecological diversities in painting circle in Beijing at that time.
