河北省武安市地下水资源开发利用及保护对策

摘　　要：河北省武安市水资源仅占全国人均水平的13%,为严重缺水(县)市。区内矿产资源丰富,拥有大量煤矿及钢铁企业,这些企业生产生活用水大多来自地下水,常年过度开采地下水引发一系列水资源和环境地质问题。在了解掌握河北省武安市地下水基本赋存规律的基础上,采用排泄量法计算出多年平均地下水天然补给量,通过分析研究地下水水资源开发利用现状,指出了武安市地下水资源在开发利用过程中出现的地下水水位下降,环境污染及管理等方面的问题。从地下水开采总量控制角度提出了在合理开发利用地下水过程中应建立健全地下水开采量和水位动态监测网、加大节约用水、寻找替代地下水的新水源等系列保护对策,从而实现武安市地下水资源的可持续开发利用,为全市经济社会高质量发展提供坚实的水安全保障。The water resources in Wu an City,Hebei Province,account for only 13%of the national per capita level,and it is a serious water shortage(county)city.The mineral resources in the city are rich,forming a large number of coal mines and steel enterprises,most of the production and living water of these enterprises comes from groundwater,and the over-exploitation of groundwater all year round has caused a series of water resources and environmental geological problems.On the basis of understanding and mastering the basic groundwater distribution rules in Wu an City,Hebei Province,the discharge method is used to calculate the recharge of natural groundwater resources,and through the analysis of the current situation of groundwater resources development and utilization,the problems of groundwater level decline,environmental pollution and management in the process of development and utilization in Wu an City are pointed out.From the perspective of total groundwater extraction control,a series of protection measures such as establishing a sound monitoring network for groundwater exploitation and water level dynamics,increasing water conservation and finding new water sources to replace groundwater are proposed in the process of rational development and utilization of groundwater,so as to realize the sustainable development and utilization of groundwater resources in Wu an City and provide a solid water security guarantee for the high-quality economic and social development of the city.
