摘 要:新时代背景下的钢铁行业,高炉富氧对强化冶炼、节能环保意义重大。文章结合工程实例,探索适用于高炉的低成本制氧技术与富氧方式,介绍了VPSA制氧技术的工艺原理与特点,提供了高富氧规划方案。在方案比选过程中,阐述了定性分析中的德尔菲法、价值工程理论以及定量分析中的Weingartner整数规划法,为高炉富氧的低成本制氧方案比选与分析提供参考。The iron and steel industry in the new era, blast furnace high oxygen is of great significance to strengthening smelting, energy saving and environmental protection. Combining with engineering example, the aim of the paper is to explore the low cost oxygen production technology and the method for BF. The principle and characteristics of VPSA oxygen production technology are introduced, and the high oxygen enrichment planning scheme is also provided. In the process of scheme comparison, Delphi method, value engineering method in qualitative analysis and Weingartner integer programming method in quantitative analysis are expounded. They provide some references for the selection and analysis of low cost oxygen production scheme of BF high oxygen.
