摘  要:文章研究无烟块煤在高炉内应用的劣化机理,旨在拓宽以煤代焦的途径。模拟高炉冶炼条件,利用带有天平的程序还原炉研究了无烟块煤气化反应动力学,结合Raman、XRD分析,揭示无烟块煤劣化过程微观结构演化规律。结果表明,随机孔模型能够准确拟合无烟块煤气化反应过程。随着无烟块煤劣化程度增加,其表面熔蚀加剧,缩合芳香核被破坏,碳基体表面形成大量缺陷碳结构和无定形碳结构,导致无烟块煤碳结构的无序化程度增加,有序化程度降低,气化反应活性提高。The paper studies the deterioration mechanism of anthracite lump coal in blast furnace, aiming to broaden the way of replacing coke with coal. The smelting conditions of blast furnace were simulated, and the kinetics of gasification reaction of anthracite lump coal was studied by using a programmed reduction furnace with a balance. Combined with Raman and XRD analysis, the evolution law of micro-and macro-structure in the deterioration process of anthracite lump coal was revealed. The results show that the random pore model can accurately fit the gasification reaction process of anthracite lump coal. With the increase of the deterioration degree of anthracite lump coal, its surface erosion intensifies, the condensed aromatic core is destroyed, and a large number of defective carbons are formed on the surface of the carbon matrix. The structure and amorphous carbon structure lead to an increase in the degree of disorder of the anthracite lump coal structure, a decrease in the degree of order, and an increase in the activity of gasification reaction.
