摘 要:某2×600 MW燃煤机组脱硫采用石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺,无法稳定满足超低排放要求。充分考虑吸收剂供应、供水条件、供气/汽条件和入口烟气参数等因素,结合现有脱硫系统的运行和现场布置情况,采用喷淋层改造+高效除尘除雾装置改造方案。改造实际运行结果表明:脱硫出口烟气SO排放浓度小于35 mg/m^(3),烟尘浓度小于10 mg/m^(3),增加的烟气阻力仅为150 Pa。The limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process is used in a 2×600 MW coal-fired unit, which cannot meet the ultra-low emission requirements stably. Taking fully into account the factors of absorbent supply, water supply conditions, air/steam conditions and inlet flue gas parameters, combined with the operation and field layout of the existing desulfurization system, the spray layer transformation + high efficiency dust removal and mist removal device transformation scheme is adopted. The actual operation results show that the SOemission concentration of flue gas at the desulfurization outlet is less than 35 mg/m^(3), the dust concentration is less than 10 mg/m^(3), and the increased flue gas resistance is only 150 Pa.
