摘　　要：分别制备了5批次不同醚化程度的甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,使用红外光谱仪、凝胶色谱仪和滴定分析等方式对样品进行了表征。使用不同样品分别制备了海蓝色卷材面漆,测试了不同面漆的常规性能和老化性能,考察甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的醚化程度对卷材面漆的性能影响。Five batches of methyl-etherified melamine-formaldehyde resins with different degrees of etherification were prepared,and the samples were characterized by infrared chromatography,gel chromatography and titration analysis.The sea blue coil topcoat was prepared by using different samples,the conventional properties and aging properties of different topcoats were tested,and the effect of the degree of etherification of methyl-etherified melamine formaldehyde resin on the performance of the coil topcoat was investigated.
