摘  要:超微电极具有高灵敏度、高信噪比和优异选择性的优势,在光电化学、电分析化学和生物传感等前沿科学领域已取得了很大的进展,推动着生物分析化学领域的发展。本文介绍了常见于科研中超微电极的制备方法,对超微电极在电分析化学中的应用进行了综述,也对其应用前景进行了展望。Ultramicroelectrodes have the advantages of high sensitivity,high signal-to-noise ratio and excellent selectivity,and have made great progress in frontier scientific fields such as photoelectrochemistry,electroanalytical chemistry,and bio-sensing,promoting the development of bio-analytical chemistry.In this paper,the preparation methods of ultra-electrodes commonly used in scientific research are introduced,the application of Ultramicroelectrodes in electroanalytical chemistry is reviewed,and their application prospects are also prospected.
