摘  要:使用全自动消解法和微波消解法对实际土壤样品和土壤标准样品GSS-33进行前处理,用电感耦合等离子体同时分析样品中铜、镍、铅、锌、镉、砷六种重金属元素。两种消解方法测定实际土壤样品的相对标准偏差在0.0%~13.1%,质控样品测定结果表明,除砷外,其余五种重金属分析数据均在质控范围内,实际样品加标回收率在77%~122%,结果符合土壤重金属分析的需求。全自动消解法用于土壤前处理,能够自动加酸、消解、冷却、定容,具有自动化程度高,操作安全简便等优点,测定结果能够满足土壤重金属分析的要求。Actual soil samples and standard soil samples(GSS-33)were pretreated with full-automatic digestion and microwave digestion method,and then the concentrations of six heavy metals including Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn,Cd,and As were determined with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry.The relative standard deviations of the actual soil samples measured with these two digestion methods were in the range of 0.0%~13.1%,and the results of quality control(QC)samples indicated that the contents of heavy metals were within the QC scope except for As.The adding standard recoveries of actual soil samples were in the range of 77%~122%,meeting the requirement of soil heavy metal analysis.The full-automatic digestion for soil pretreatment,with great advantages including high degree of automation,easy operation,safety,could achieve adding acid,digestion,cooling,and dilution to constant volume automatically,and the results were satisfied for heavy metals analysis in soil sample.
