摘 要:水泥行业面临着较大的节能减排压力,垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)正处在使用效率较低的初级阶段,将RDF更加高效地应用于水泥行业是实现水泥生产环境友好与RDF资源化的重要途径。RDF来源广泛,从而导致其物理化学性质复杂,准确评价和检测RDF的物理化学性质是提高其利用效率的关键之一。通过综述相关文献,概述了组成分析和物性分析等仪器分析方法,并对各种分析方法获取的有用信息及适应性进行了对比分析,从而为RDF的高效利用与深入研究提供一定的参考与借鉴。The cement industry is facing the challenge of energy conservation and emission reduction.Refuse derived fuel(RDF)is in the primary stage with the inefficient use.Using the refuse derived fuel efficiently in the cement industry is the significant way to realize the environmentally friendly production for cement production and the resource utilization for the refuse derived fuel.The refuse derived fuel comes from a variety of sources,so the physicochemical properties of refuse derived fuel are very complex.Therefore,the accurate evaluation and analysis of the physicochemical properties for refuse derived fuel is one of the key factors to improve the utilization efficiency.Based on the review literatures,the instrumental analysis methods of composition and physical property are summarized,and the useful information and adaptation of every kind of methods are compared and analyzed,providing the reference for the efficient utilization and intensive study for refuse derived fuel.
