摘　　要：采用整体步移式行车、转移行车在线运行,实现直线式电泳生产线自动生产,并实现电泳生产线挂具连同施镀件自动转挂到电泳漆固化烘道悬挂链上进行自动生产。本文介绍了步移式行车、转移行车工作原理、设备组成,重点介绍了步移式行车中重载及轻载行走系统的结构形式,转移行车中四轴桁架机械手、三轴运行行车结构设计、运行步骤、性能参数,并阐述了步移式行车、转移行车应用前景。The use of integrated walking and transfer driving to run on-line to realize the automatic production of linear electrophoresis production lines,and realize the automatic production of electrophoresis production line hangers and plating parts to the electrophoretic paint curing drying tunnel suspension chain for automatic production.This article introduces the working principle and equipment composition of the walking and transfer driving.It focuses on the structure of the heavy-duty and light-load traveling system in the walking driving,the structure design,operation steps and performance parameters of the four-axis truss manipulator and the three-axis driving in the transfer driving,and expounds the application prospects of walking and transfer driving.
