α-氧化铝标准样品晶胞参数的测定研究

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了我公司研发的氧化铝α相粉末衍射法测定用标准样品,重点说明了标准样品晶胞参数的测定及定值方法,按照GB/T 15000标准样品工作导则的要求,采用统计方法,由8家检测机构共同合作完成晶胞参数的定值。经检验和统计,氧化铝标准样品的晶胞参数是a=0.47592±0.00001 nm,c=1.29921±0.00005 nm,符合粉末衍射标准联合委员会(JCPDS)标准卡00-043-1484。This paper briefly introduces the standard sample developed by our company for the determination of alumina α-phase powder diffraction method,with focus placed on the measurement and determination of unit cell parameters of standard samples.According to the requirements of Directives for the Work of Reference Materials(GB/T 15000),the statistical method was adopted by 8 detection institutions to complete the determination of unit cell parameters.According to detection and statistics,the unit cell parameters of alumina standard samples are as follows:a=0.47592±0.00001 nm,c= 1.29921±0.00005 nm,which are in compliance with the standard card 00-043-1484 of Joint Committee on Powder Diffraction Standards(JCPDS).
