两种铝电解车间平面布置对比分析

摘  要:以500 kA电解系列为例,对两种电解车间布置形式进行了综合对比分析,矩形布置电解厂房面积较平行布置电解厂房面积大353 m^(2);全厂总平面面积较平行布置电解厂房全厂总面积要大71,708 m^(2)。两种配置的电解槽垂直磁场分布相当,平行布置的采用典型外母线布置的电解槽水平磁场分布优于矩形布置电解车间电解槽磁场;采用非外母线技术的矩形车间电解槽阴极母线用量较典型外母线布置的电解槽母线用量少约5%。与典型电解车间布置相比,矩形布置电解车间无法布置临时短路母线;电解车间交叉作业的风险更大,物流的合理性较低;矩形布置形式对原材料为火车来料的适应性较典型布置差。Taking the 500 kA potline as an example,a comprehensive comparative analysis on two layouts of aluminum potrooms is carried out.The area of the rectangular layout potroom is 353 m^(2) larger than that of the parallel layout potroom;The site area of the whole plant is 71,708 m^(2) larger than that of the parallel layout potroom.The vertical magnetic field distributions of pots in the two layouts are equivalent,and the horizontal magnetic field distribution of pots with the typical external busbar in parallel arrangement is better than that of the aluminum potrooms in rectangular arrangement.The amount of cathode busbar in pots of rectangular layout potroom with non-external busbar technology is about 5% less than that with typical external busbar arrangement.The rectangular layout potroom cannot arrange temporary short-circuit busbar as compared with the typically-arranged potroom;The cross-operation risk in potrooms is greater,and the rationality of logistics is low.The rectangular layout is less adaptable to raw materials sourced by train as compared with the typical layout.
