摘　　要：横墙是环式炭素焙烧炉的重要组成部分,其功能是衔接和稳定上下游炉室的火道墙,并与火道墙和炉底一起构成焙烧炉的料箱。在焙烧炉生产运行中,横墙常会出现弯曲和开裂等现象。本文列举了敞开环式焙烧炉横墙开裂常见的几种现象,分析了产生开裂的原因,认为基于炉子生产运行特性,横墙开裂有炉子结构细节设计、耐火材料品质和生产操作管理等因素,并针对性的提出了设计、选材与生产等方面可改进的措施对策。The headwall is an important part of the ring-type carbon baking furnace,whose function is to connect and stabilize the flue wall of the upstream and downstream furnace section,and forms pits of baking furnace together with the flue wall and the bottom of the furnace.In the production of baking furnace,the headwall often has bending and cracking.This paper lists several common phenomenon of headwall cracking in the open ring-type carbon baking furnace,and analyzes causes for the headwall cracking.It’s believed that based on the furnace operation characteristics,the headwall cracking is attributable to such factors as the furnace structural design,refractory quality and operation management,with some countermeasures specifically proposed to improve the design,material selection and production.
