摘 要:电解铝烟气无组织排放深度治理技术是通过多种治理措施,将电解铝烟气由无组织排放转化为有组织排放,从而减少总污染物排放量。为了研究该技术的减排效果,采用天窗氟化物在线监测系统,对使用该技术前后电解车间氟化物排放量进行测试。结果表明,电解车间氟化物排放总量可从0.81 kg/t-Al减少至0.24 kg/t-Al,降幅达到70.4%,说明该技术能够有效降低电解铝烟气无组织排放。The advanced treatment technology which reduces fugitive emission of flue gas generated during aluminum electrolysis transforms fugitive emission into organized emission through a variety of measures,so that the total pollutant emission could be reduced.In order to study the emission reduction effect of this technology,the online fluorides monitoring system with skylight is adopted to measure and compare the fluorides emission from the aluminum potroom before and after using this technology.The results show that the total fluorides emission from the aluminum potroom can be reduced by 70.4% from 0.81 kg/t-Al to 0.24 kg/t-Al,demonstrating that this technology can effectively reduce the fugitive emission of flue gas generated during aluminum electrolysis.
