摘　　要：目的:通过分析我院药学门诊现状,提高药学门诊的服务质量,促进患者合理用药,为进一步发展药学门诊提供参考与思路。方法:统计2021年6月24日到2021年10月21日的24例药学门诊咨询记录,对其进行分析归纳总结。结果:咨询者年龄以50-70岁为主;咨询最多的为糖尿病患者;咨询问题超过半数为用法用量,大部分患者经指导后感觉有所受益。结论:药学门诊是患者获得合理用药知识的重要途径,也是药学服务提升的重要方向。但我院药学门诊起步较晚,还需要进一步加强服务和宣传,同时还存在一些问题需要改进。Objective: The current situation of pharmaceutical clinic was analyzed in our hospital to improve the service quality of pharmaceutical clinic, and promote patients’ rational drug use, which provides references and ideas for further development of pharmaceutical clinic. Method: The records of 24 patients from pharmaceutical clinic from June 24 to October 21, 2021, were analyzed and summarized. Result: The consulters were mainly aged 50-70 years, and the most of them were diabetic patients. More than half of the questions were about usage and dosage, and most patients benefited from the guidance. Conclusion: Pharmaceutical clinic is an important way for patients to obtain the knowledge about rational drug use, as well as an important direction for pharmaceutical care improvement. However, the pharmaceutical clinic of our hospital started late, so further service and advocacy need to be enhanced, and there are still many problems that need improvement.
