甲状腺功能检测在心血管疾病患者中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:研究甲状腺功能检测在治疗心血管疾病过程中的应用效果及价值。方法:选取2020年5-12月于长沙市第九医院进行住院治疗的160例心血管疾病患者,将其设为观察组;选取同时段160例健康体检人群作为对照组。比较两组患者的甲状腺功能异常分布情况及甲状腺激素水平。结果:观察组甲状腺功能异常人数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心律失常患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平低于对照组,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT)、游离甲状腺素(FT)水平高于对照组;心房颤动、冠心病、高血压患者的TSH水平高于对照组,FT、FT水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心血管疾病患者进行甲状腺功能检测,能够对其甲状腺激素水平进行评估及积极控制,从而改善患者的心功能,意义重大,建议推广。Objective: To study the application effect and value of thyroid function test in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods: A total of 160 patients with cardiovascular disease who were admitted in The Ninth Hospital of Changsha from May 2020 to December 2020 were selected and set as the observation group;and another 160 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The distribution of abnormal thyroid function and thyroid hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results: The number of people with abnormal thyroid function in the observation group was more than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of TSH in patients with arrhythmia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the levels of FTand FTwere higher than those in the control group;the TSH level in patients with atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease and hypertension in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the FTand FTlevels were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significan(P<0.05). Conclusions: Thyroid function test in patients with cardiovascular disease can actively control the thyroid hormone levels, thereby improving the cardiac function of patients, which is of great significance and is recommended to be promoted.
