摘 要:目的:分析高频超声在婴幼儿髋关节发育异常(DDH)早期诊断与干预中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年3月贵州航天医院收治的60例疑似DDH患儿作为研究对象,采用超声Graf法观察其髋关节发育情况,并评估其髋关节情况,对确诊为DDH的患儿进行超声随访。结果:60例疑似DDH患儿中,正常56例,发育不良3例,脱位1例。婴幼儿DDH检出率较高。4例DDH患儿均接受了超声随访,经相应治疗后,其髋关节情况均得到明显改善,3例超声指标恢复正常,1例尚在接受治疗。结论:对于疑似DDH患儿进行超声检查,能够提高检出率及诊断率;在随访中,超声检测能掌握患儿髋关节恢复情况,有利于患儿恢复。Objective: To analyze the application value of high frequency ultrasound in the early diagnosis and intervention of developmental dysplasia of hip(DDH) in infants and young children. Methods: Sixty children with suspected DDH who were admitted in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects. The development of hip joints was observed by ultrasound Graf method, and the condition of hip joints was evaluated. Ultrasound follow-up was performed on children diagnosed with DDH. Results: Among the 60 children with suspected DDH, 56 cases were normal, 3 cases were dysplastic, and 1 case was dislocated. The detection rate of DDH in infants and young children was higher. All 4 children with DDH received ultrasound follow-up. After corresponding treatment, their hip joint conditions were significantly improved, 3 cases returned to normal ultrasound indexes, and 1 case was still receiving treatment. Conclusions: Ultrasound examination for children with suspected DDH can improve the detection rate and diagnosis rate;during follow-up, ultrasound examination can grasp the recovery of the hip joint, which is beneficial to the recovery of the children.
