摘　　要：目的:观察中医情志护理对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月武汉科技大学附属天佑医院收治的106例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施中医情志护理,对比两组患者自评焦虑量表(SAS)评分、自评抑郁量表(SDS)评分、护理依从性评分及生活质量评分。结果:护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组戒烟戒酒、坚持运动、控制体重、合理膳食及保持身心不愉悦评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理功能、躯体状态、心理健康及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理应用于非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者中的效果显著,可以帮助患者改善生活习惯,提高生活质量以及护理依从性,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:A total of 106 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who were admitted to Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,nursing compliance score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quitting smoking and drinking,insisting on exercising,controlling body weight,reasonable diet and maintaining physical and mental unhappiness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical state,mental health and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is remarkable,which can help patients improve their living habits,improve their quality of life and nursing compliance,and is worthy of promotion.
