摘　　要：目的:探讨以家庭为中心的护理在肠造口手术患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2020年11月于茂名市妇幼保健院行肠造口手术治疗的62例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施以家庭为中心的护理措施。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组造口周围皮肤情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属造口皮肤护理技能、造口袋更换、并发症防控、大便性质观察评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的护理在肠造口手术患儿中的应用效果显著,既能有效提高家属护理水平,改善造口周围皮肤情况,又能降低患儿并发症的发生风险,预后效果显著,值得推广。Objective: To explore the application effect of family-centered nursing in children with enterostomy. Methods: A total of 62 children who underwent enterostomy in Maoming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2017 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given family-centered nursing measures. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The skin condition around the stoma in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of stoma skin care skills, ostomy bag replacement, complication prevention and control, and stool quality observation scores of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of family-centered nursing in children with enterostomy surgery is significant, which can not only effectively improve the nursing level of family members, improve the skin condition around the stoma, but also reduce the risk of complications in children. It has a significant prognosis and is worthy of promotion.
