益气活血暖宫贴联合生物刺激反馈仪对药物流产后子宫复旧及血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素、血红蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察益气活血暖宫贴联合生物刺激反馈仪对药物流产后子宫复旧及血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平的影响。方法 将106例药物流产后患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各53例,临床研究过程中对照组有8例患者脱落,最终完成观察45例。对照组采用诺氟沙星胶囊常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用益气活血暖宫贴联合生物刺激反馈仪治疗。治疗14 d后比较2组患者的阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、子宫积液、宫内稍高回声、月经复潮情况,以及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫三经线,血清HCG、Hb水平。结果 治疗组阴道出血时间明显短于对照组,阴道出血量明显少于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组出现子宫积液及宫内稍高回声百分比明显低于对照组,月经复潮经期及经量正常百分比明显高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后2组子宫内膜厚度明显增加,子宫三经线之和明显减小,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组对二者的改善作用更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后2组血清HCG水平明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组HCG降低更明显(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义;治疗组Hb水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 益气活血暖宫贴联合生物刺激反馈仪可促进药物流产后患者子宫功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Nuangong Tie(益气活血暖宫贴,YHNT)combined with electric stimulation biofeedback therapy(ESBT)on uterus involution,serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and hemoglobin(Hb)in patients with medical abortion(MA).Methods Totally 106 MA patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,with 53 cases in each group.During the clinical study,there were 8 drop-out cases in the control group,and 45 cases were finally observed.The control group was given routine treatment of norfloxacin capsule,on this basis,the treatment group was given YHNT combined with ESBT.After treatment for 14 days,the time of vaginal bleeding,amount of vaginal bleeding,hydrometra,a slightly higher level intrauterine echo and menstrual rehydration,along with endometrial thickness,trilaminar endometrium,serum levels of HCG and Hb in the patients between the 2 groups were compared.Results The time of vaginal bleeding was significantly shortened and the amount of vaginal bleeding was significantly reduced in the treatment group as compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant as compared with the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the appearance of hydrometra and the percentage of a slightly higher level intrauterine echo were significantly lower as compared with the control group,the percentage of menstrual rehydration period and menstrual rehydration fluid volume were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05or P<0.01).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the 2 groups increased significantly,and the sum of trilaminar endometrium decreased significantly,with a statistically significant difference as compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the improvement effect of the treatment group on the two items was more significant,with a statistically significant difference as compared with t
