摘 要:查阅文献,对肠道双歧杆菌在2型糖尿病发病及防治中的作用研究进展进行概述,从而为2型糖尿病的临床治疗提供参考。肠道双歧杆菌与2型糖尿病的发生密切相关,2型糖尿病患者常伴有肠道双歧杆菌数量减少,使双歧杆菌改善糖耐量、调节炎症因子、促进胰岛素分泌及缓解胰岛素抵抗等作用削弱,从而进一步使血糖水平升高;此外,肠道双歧杆菌数量减少,则对肠道屏障功能的维护作用减弱,进而导致胰岛素抵抗。补充双歧杆菌可以增强肠道屏障功能,防止机体吸收脂多糖,改善机体内的炎症状态,促进胰岛素分泌,改善胰岛素抵抗,减轻胃肠道症状。目前肠道双歧杆菌防治2型糖尿病的具体作用机制尚未明确,今后需对双歧杆菌各菌种功能及双歧杆菌微生物制剂防治2型糖尿病的具体作用等进行深入研究。By consulting the literature,this paper summarizes the research progress of the role of intestinal bifidobacteria in the pathogenesis and prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes( T2DM),so as to provide references for the clinical treatment of it. Intestinal bifidobacteria are closely related to the occurrence of T2DM. Patients with T2DM are often accompanied by a decrease in the number of intestinal bifidobacteria,which weakens the role thereof in improving glucose tolerance,regulating inflammatory factors,promoting insulin secretion and alleviating insulin resistance,thereby further raising blood glucose levels;In addition,the decrease in the number of intestinal bifidobacteria weakens the maintenance of intestinal barrier function,leading to insulin resistance. Bifidobacterium supplementation can enhance the intestinal barrier function,prevent the body from absorbing lipopolysaccharide,improve the inflammatory state in the body,promote insulin secretion,improve insulin resistance,and reduce gastrointestinal symptoms. At present,the specific mechanism of intestinal Bifidobacterium in the prevention and treatment of T2DM has not been clear. In the future,the functions of various bifidobacterium species and the specific role of bifidobacterium microbial preparations in the prevention and treatment of T2DM need to be further studied.
