摘　　要：新时代军校图书馆是军队院校思政育人的重要阵地。文章在分析新时代军校图书馆思政育人优势与不足的基础上,提出通过强化责任担当,优化实践体系,建强队伍能力等,提升军校图书馆思政育人的质效。Military academy library is an important position of ideological and political education in military academies in the new era.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of ideological and political education in the military academy library in the new era,this paper proposes to enhance the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education in the military academy library by strengthening the responsibility,optimizing the practice system and building up the team capability.
